Ten Questions to Ask Your Wife (If You’re Man Enough …)

Z linked to a worthwhile article on The Stepping Up blog that included these questions for a husband to ask his wife:

  1. What could I do to make you feel more loved?
  2. What could I do to make you feel more respected?
  3. What could I do to make you feel more understood?
  4. What could I do to make you more secure?
  5. What could I do to make you feel more confident in our future direction?
  6.

  7. What attribute would you like me to develop?
  8. What attribute would you like me to help you develop?
  9. What achievement in my life would bring you the greatest joy?
  10. What would indicate to you that I really desire to be more Christlike?
  11. What mutual goal would you like to see us accomplish?

I think these are incredibly deep and vulnerable questions for a man to ask—but I also couldn’t help but think to myself, “Am I woman enough to ask Fred these same questions?”
