Thanksgiving Proclamation (Gracious Gifts of the Most High God …)
By the President of the United States of America A Proclamation “The year that is drawing towards its close, has been filled with the blessings of fruitful fields and healthful skies. Please Pray for Pastor & Mrs. Betters
I just received the very sad news that Pastor Betters of Glasgow Church (where I am scheduled to serve in just a few weeks) had a heart attack after preaching this morning and was rushed into emergency heart surgery. Won’t you please join me in praying for these dearly loved ones? I’m so very sad for their suffering and the suffering of their family and church family too.

And thank for blessing me with your conversations and laughter especially your love for Christ and all that His Gospel entails. (Your pastors are obviously preaching the entirety of Scripture to you and soaking you in the doctrines of grace! Your love for God and His Word AND His people were all so obvious. So thank you again! And, oh! for my blog readers who weren’t hanging with us in San Diego, don’t you think the (wooden! painted! with glitter! and tiny jewel for the eye!) nametags…
